Leaves opposite; petiole short, 1-1.5cm long, pubescent; leaf blade lanceolate or obovate-lanceolate, 10-25cm long, 4-11cm wide, apex acuminate to acuminate, base gradually narrowed to cuneate and decurrent, margin coarsely serrated, sparsely pubescent with small bristle-like pubescence above, veins denser, sparsely pubescent above veins below, base remaining partly glandular, 5-6 pairs of lateral veins.
