[Source] It is the whole herb of Aspleniaceae, a plant of Aspleniaceae family . Harvest in autumn, dry and cut into sections.

[Original morphology] Perennial herb, 10 to 20 cm high. The rhizome is short, erect, densely covered with narrow scales, the scales are brown-black, and the tip is pointed. The leaves are clustered, with petioles 1.5 to 3 cm long, dark brown, densely covered with narrow scales; the leaf blades are linear-lanceolate, 10 to 20 cm long, 1 to 3 cm wide, gradually narrowing at both ends, pinnately divided twice, with 15 to 28 pairs of pinnae, with short petioles, oblong-lanceolate, spreading horizontally, 0.5 to 2.5 cm long, the pinnae are deeply lobed, with 3 to 6 pairs of lobes, oblong, with blunt teeth on the edges, glabrous above and below, with inconspicuous veins, and each tooth has a fine vein. The sori are linear, brown, and attached along the veinlets.

[Habitat distribution] Grown on shady and damp rocks in the mountains. Distributed in the southwest region.

【Functions and indications】 Clears away heat, promotes diuresis and promotes lactation. Treat cystitis, hematuria, mastitis, milk stagnation, chyluria, and orchitis.
