Compound Indigo Capsules

The main ingredients of compound indigo capsules include indigo, angelica dahurica, or purslane, dandelion, salvia miltiorrhiza, herba schizonepetae, angelica dahurica, smilax glabra, lithospermum officinale, cyperus rotundus, and cortex difficile, etc. It has the effect of helping people clear away heat and jealousy, dispel wind and relieve itching, so when we use compound indigo capsules, it is necessary for us to have a clear understanding of this.

The use of compound indigo capsules is actually very helpful to people's health, especially for the treatment of psoriasis, it is a drug that cannot be ignored. It is very effective and has a strong effect. The results of preclinical animal experiments indicate that oral administration of this product can reduce the mitotic index of vaginal epithelial cells in mice during the estrogen phase, increase the number of granular layers formed in the scales of the mouse tail, and increase the itch threshold of histamine phosphate in guinea pigs.

The efficacy of Compound Indigo Capsules and Compound Indigo Pills in the treatment of psoriasis is shown in Table 1. The basic cure rate of the capsule group was 25.3%, and the total effective rate was 72.0%. The basic cure rate of the pill group was 25.0%, and the total effective rate was 70.0%. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups, χ2=1.17, P>0.05. Blood, urine and liver function tests were performed once before and after medication, and no significant changes were found.

Adverse reactions: 5 cases in the capsule group and 10 cases in the pill group experienced mild diarrhea and abdominal pain during medication, but the reactions in the capsule group were milder. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 3.3% and 10.0%, respectively. The difference was significant after χ2 test (χ2=7.09, P<0.01). The symptoms of patients with adverse reactions in both groups disappeared after drug withdrawal, and no other toxic and side effects were observed.

However, when using compound indigo capsules to treat diseases, they are generally taken orally. Four capsules at a time, and three times a day is most suitable for us. However, we still have to follow the doctor's instructions on how to use the medicine to treat our own diseases, otherwise the consequences will be very serious.
