The efficacy and function of Cordyceps tea

As we all know, Cordyceps sinensis is a tonic medicinal material with extremely high nutritional value. It is mainly produced in the Tibet region of China. Only extremely harsh environments can produce such a precious delicacy. Chinese people have a very long history of drinking tea. Different regions produce different types of tea with different flavors. Cordyceps tea, as the name suggests, is tea made from cordyceps. So what are the effects and functions of Cordyceps tea?

3. Cordyceps tea regulates hematopoietic function

4. Cordyceps tea regulates blood lipids

Cordyceps sinensis can lower cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, increase high-density lipoprotein which is beneficial to the human body, and reduce atherosclerosis.

Drinking Cordyceps sinensis tea

When Cordyceps sinensis is boiled in water, the nutritional utilization rate is much higher. Drinking Cordyceps water is as particular as drinking Gongfu tea.

1. Choose a transparent glass kettle. Glass will not absorb nutrients and flavors like purple clay, nor will it easily produce chemical reactions like other materials. At the same time, you can also observe the changes in the color of the Cordyceps water in the kettle.

Put 3 to 6 cordyceps at a time, depending on your personal preference for concentration and your own financial ability.

2. Boil Cordyceps for 6 to 10 minutes at a time. Note that you should use a low heat and boil it for a short time. Drink the water immediately after it boils and add water while drinking. When the Cordyceps water is the darkest in color, it is the most nutritious. Do not waste the water at this time.

3. Cordyceps water will go through a process from light to strong and then back to light again, and the aftertaste is also very long. When the Cordyceps water becomes light or even white, do not drink it. You can eat the Cordyceps. A pot of Cordyceps sinensis tea can be drunk for at least half an hour, and water should be added 4 to 6 times.

Repeat this process until the color of the Cordyceps water becomes lighter. Finally, eat the cooked Cordyceps. This recipe is suitable for the elderly and weak, the weak after illness, the weak after childbirth, or the weak in general who are prone to colds.
