④Mold treatment method: Place the moldy wolfberries in a round dustpan, rub the lumps together with both hands, discard the severely deteriorated ones, spray a proper amount of white wine, moisten the white spots on the surface, rub off the spots with both hands, repeat several times until there are no spots left. Then bake it dry over a low fire, and rub and turn it lightly with your hands frequently to release the moisture. Remove it from the pot, sieve it, and then seal it for storage. There is a very simple method, which is to use an empty mineral water bottle, dry it, pour the wolfberries into it and tighten the cap. But you must remember to tighten the cap after each use.
