Account data supports login, publishing, saved items and private messages. Inquiries contain the details you enter and your account email. The buyer and ChinaURL can read the request; a selected supplier receives access only through an approved profile manager. Sharing with other suppliers requires the buyer’s separate consent. Supplier-specific replies are not shared with other suppliers. Closing stops new replies and dispatches but does not erase copies already viewed. Optional email notices link to the workspace rather than including the inquiry body. Public content may be sent to the configured translation or media service; private inquiries are excluded from batch translation and public exports. Use Contact for correction, deletion or privacy questions. The operator must maintain its identity, contact and retention disclosures for its actual setup.
