Prepare a useful inquiry

Use this platform to discover candidate companies and products. Check the specific supplier identity, storefront history and relevant platform terms. Platform badges and transaction protections have their own scope; they do not certify a listing on ChinaURL. Do not move payments outside agreed protections on the strength of a directory link.

Check the entity, not just the storefront

Record the exact contracting company name, website and beneficiary details. Ask how the representative is connected to that entity. Compare documents through independent channels and keep a dated copy. A marketplace page, logo or approved profile manager does not prove manufacturing ownership or product compliance. If names or payment instructions change, pause and verify through a previously established contact.

Use supplier matching without oversharing

On ChinaURL, a direct inquiry names one company. You may separately allow the team to share it with additional approved profile managers. Recommendations shown to you are not the same as dispatching your contact details. Review the recipients in your inquiry and close it when sourcing ends. Never include credentials, payment-card details or unrelated personal data.
