For quite a long time, Pinduoduo has adopted a new solution of infrastructure construction + investment in scientific research. On the one hand, it has chosen to continue to invest heavily in the construction of cold storage, fresh cold chain logistics system and other infrastructure across the country; on the other hand, Pinduoduo has set up a "10 billion agricultural research project" to promote the continuous advancement of agricultural technology by investing 10 billion yuan.

At present, Pinduoduo has initially built an efficient agricultural product logistics system, directly connected to 1,000 agricultural production areas, and 16 million farmers are directly involved. In the field of scientific research, it has put all the profits in the second and third quarters of 2021 into the special project to ensure the normal operation of the "10 billion agricultural research project".
