Hitwise: As of November 2011, Apple is the second most popular online store in the UK, with Amazon ranking first

According to the latest survey by IMRG-Hitwise in the UK, as of November, Apple's online store has become the second most popular online store in the UK, up six places from three months ago. In October this year, one in every 250 British Internet users visited Apple's website. The analysis also pointed out that the death of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, the release of iPhone 4S, the arrival of the holiday shopping season and other factors have led to Apple's ranking rising to the second place.

Amazon UK is undoubtedly ranked first. Online shopping for gifts has become the choice of more and more people.
