The leaves at the lower part of the stem are spoon-shaped, 1-1.5cm long, 2-3.5mm wide, obtuse or acute at the apex, gradually narrowed at the base, and petiole-shaped; the leaves at the upper part of the stem are oblong-lanceolate or lanceolate, 1-2cm long, 3-5mm wide, acute at the apex, wider at the base, and clasping the stem; the glandular hairs on both sides of the leaves are sparse. Inflorescence 3-7 flowers or more; bracts lanceolate, 3-6mm long, 1-2mm wide, acute at apex, margin sometimes narrowly membranous, base wider; pedicels thin, about 2-3 times as long as sepals, with dense glandular hairs; sepals 5, lanceolate, 5-6mm long, acute at apex, membranous margin, base wider, back densely glandular hairs; petals 5, obovate, about 1.3-1.5 times as long as sepals, apex 2-lobed to 1/3, white; stamens 10, filaments flat, linear, about 4mm long, anthers elliptic, yellow; ovary ovate, about 1.5mm long, styles 5(6), linear, about 2mm long. Flowering period is from June to August.
