Dosage

Within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse or contraceptive failure, the earlier the medicine is taken, the better the effect of preventing pregnancy. Take 25 mg (1 tablet) orally on an empty stomach or 2 hours after eating. Do not eat for 1 to 2 hours after taking the medicine.

Adverse Reactions

1. Some women in early pregnancy experience mild nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, lower abdominal pain, anal distension and uterine bleeding after taking the medicine.

2. Some women may develop a rash.

3. Abdominal pain may occur after using prostaglandins, and some subjects may experience vomiting and diarrhea. A few people experience flushing and numbness.

4. After taking the medicine, a small amount of vaginal bleeding will generally occur early, and some women will bleed for a longer time after miscarriage. A small number of early pregnant women may have a spontaneous abortion after taking mifepristone tablets. About 80% of pregnant women expel the chorionic follicle within 6 hours after using prostaglandins, and about 10% of pregnant women expel the products of pregnancy within a week after taking the medicine.

5. You should go to the original treatment unit for a follow-up visit 8 to 15 days after taking the medicine to determine the abortion effect.
