2. To treat low back pain: Take equal parts of Cuscuta australis (soaked in wine) and Eucommia ulmoides (peeled and stir-fried until the fibers are broken). 3. To treat cold pain in the waist and knees, or numbness and weakness in men: 50 grams of Cuscuta (washed), 50 grams of Achyranthes bidentata. Soak in wine for five days, dry in the sun, grind into powder, add a little more alcohol to the original wine to make a paste, and make into pills as big as barrels. Take 20 pills with an empty stomach and wine. (《Experience Behind》)
