Medicine is very common, and different medicines have very different effects on disease treatment. Therefore, if you want to be able to treat your own diseases well, the choice of medicine is also very critical. In the process of treating the disease, you also need to pay attention to the efficacy and effects of the medicine so as not to harm your health. What are the efficacy and effects of Smilax glabra? Many people don’t know much about it. There are many aspects to the efficacy and effects of Clematis chinensis. It is very helpful in treating diseases, especially in improving the human heart and blood pressure, so it is a safe choice. The efficacy and function of Clematis chinensis : Effects on the heart and blood pressure Clematis angustifolia (i.e. Polygonum multiflorum, Clematis odoratum) has an inhibitory and then excitatory effect on isolated toad hearts. The efficacy of the infusion is 3 to 5 times greater than that of the decoction. A 50% infusion (1 ml/kg) can reduce the blood pressure and kidney volume of anesthetized dogs. The efficacy of the infusion is twice that of the decoction. Its antihypertensive effect seems to be related to the inhibition of the heart. Hypoglycemic effect The extract of Clematis chinensis significantly enhances glucose assimilation in normal rats (i.e., after a large amount of glucose is given to the rats, the urine glucose test is still negative), so it may have a hypoglycemic effect. Antidiuretic effect The preparation of Clematis angustifolia has a significant antidiuretic effect on mice, rats and guinea pigs. There is no significant difference between the effects of the infusion and the decoction. 0.2ml of 50% decoction has the same antidiuretic effect as 0.1u of vasopressin, but its duration of action seems to be longer than that of vasopressin. Effects on smooth muscle The decoction of Clematis angustifolia had a significant excitatory effect on the isolated intestines of mice, rats and rabbits, but had no significant effect on the isolated uterus of mice. Other effects In vitro, the water extract has an inhibitory effect on skin fungi. The water extract also has an inhibitory effect on Microsporum audouinii. The decoction has an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella dysenteriae. Intraperitoneal injection of the decoction can slightly increase the pain threshold of mice, indicating that it has an analgesic effect. The decoction has an inhibitory effect on Plasmodium. The alcohol extract has an inducing effect on mid-term pregnancy mice. Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of the effects and functions of Smilax glabra. Therefore, when choosing it, we must also be careful not to use it arbitrarily. At the same time, the amount used must be in accordance with regulations. This will help the treatment of the disease. If any abnormalities occur during use, you need to go to the hospital for examination immediately. |
