3. Mix raw Rehmannia root with rice wine and steam until it is black and oily inside and out, or steam it directly until it is black and moist.

Bazhen Soup: 15 grams of Rehmannia root, 10 grams each of Angelica sinensis and Atractylodes macrocephala, 8 grams each of Poria cocos and white peony root, 5 grams each of Chuanxiong and roasted licorice, 3 grams of ginseng, 6 grams of ginger and 3 grams of jujube. Put all the above medicines into a casserole, boil in water for 30 minutes, and take the juice. Take 1 dose daily, divided into 2 doses and taken warm. This soup has the effect of replenishing qi and blood, and is mainly used to treat symptoms such as pale complexion, dizziness, loss of appetite, and palpitations.

Shouwu Dihuang Congee: 15 grams of cooked rehmannia, 10 grams of processed Polygonum multiflorum (processed Polygonum multiflorum), 100 grams of polished rice, 15 grams of white sugar. First put the cooked rehmannia and Polygonum multiflorum into a casserole, decoct them in water to extract the juice, then use the juice to cook polished rice, and add white sugar before serving. Take it every morning and evening.

Sancai Chicken Soup: 30 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 10 grams of ginseng, 20 grams of Asparagus cochinchinensis, 10 grams of jujube, 2 grams of ginger, 500 grams of hen, 2 grams each of salt and MSG, 5 grams each of scallion and ginger slices. Wash the above medicines and put them into the chicken's belly, add water and stew until the meat is tender. Serve with meals.

Rehmannia tea: 10g each of Rehmannia root and Ophiopogon japonicus, 15g of Ziziphus jujuba seeds, 5g of Polygala tenuifolia. Grind the above medicines into coarse powder and wrap them in gauze. Put the cloth bag in a thermos cup, brew it with appropriate amount of boiling water, cover it and simmer for 20 minutes, then it is ready to drink.

Rehmannia wine: 100 grams of Rehmannia root, 50 grams of sesame seeds, 20 grams of coix seeds, 800 ml of low-alcohol liquor. Grind the above three herbs and wrap them in gauze, then put the gauze bag in a glass bottle, seal it and soak it for 15 days. Drink a small cup (about 10 ml) each morning and evening.
