There are many ways to consume Gynostemma pentaphyllum. I have only introduced a few common ones here. Gynostemma pentaphyllum has very good effects and is a rare food therapy product. If you drink Gynostemma pentaphyllum tea every day and want to change it up, you can try these methods, they taste good too.

You must be careful when drinking Gynostemma tea. Although Gynostemma tea has good health-care effects, it does not mean that it is suitable for everyone. Some people may experience side effects after taking Gynostemma tea, and in severe cases it may even lead to death.
