How to choose Iwami-chan

The leaves are mostly curled and broken. Sometimes the compound leaves fall off, leaving only single leaves. The nutlets are oval and brown. It has a faint smell and tastes slightly bitter and astringent. The best ones are those with many leaves, green color and flowers.
