Precautions for use: Do not use if you feel chest tightness or anger; Do not use if you have not recovered from a cold.

2. Ginseng

Therefore, the ancients gave it the beautiful name of "longevity grass". In today's era, some of the anti-aging and longevity Chinese patent medicines that are popular in the market are also inseparable from ginseng.
