Indications:

1. To treat hemoptysis due to lung heat: 50 cents of Atractylodes macrocephala, 1 liang of white bud root, and 1 liang of crystal sugar. Decoction in water.

2. To treat tonsillitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis: 50 cents to 1 ounce of Atractylodes macrocephala. Decoction in water. Or use four to five fresh stalks of Ajuga, add tofu and cook together, eat the tofu and drink the soup.

3. To treat bruises and sprains: add a small amount of ginger and green onion to fresh bone and tendon grass, mash it and apply it externally.
