2. Anticonvulsant: The decoction of mistletoe has a sedative effect on the motor excitement of mice caused by caffeine. It can also delay the death of mice caused by pentylenetetrazol convulsions.

3. Antiviral: 10% decoction or infusion has an inhibitory effect on polio virus.

4. Anti-thrombotic effect: 0.1g/ml of the herbaceous decoction and 0.13g/ml of the aqueous phase after ether extraction have obvious anti-thrombotic effect in the in vitro test on rabbit blood.

5. Toxicity: The LD50 of intraperitoneal injection of the decoction of mistletoe is 11.24g/kg in mice.

For some patients suffering from high blood pressure, mistletoe can be used to alleviate the disease, which is not only beneficial to the treatment of the disease but also will not cause any serious harm to the body. At the same time, in the season when colds are prevalent, we can also eat more mistletoe to take advantage of its antiviral effects, which can reduce the probability of disease occurrence.
