[Source] It is a plant of the genus Ranunculaceae, Ranunculaceae, Ranunculus sceleratus L., and the whole plant is used as medicine. Harvested in summer, washed, dried or used fresh.

【Nature and flavor】 Bitter, pungent, neutral. poisonous.

【Functions and indications】Reduce swelling, remove toxins and resolve nodules, and stop malaria. Used for lymph node tuberculosis, malaria, carbuncle, snake bites, and chronic lower limb ulcers.

[Usage and Dosage] Lymph node tuberculosis: take appropriate amount of dried whole herb, boil it with oil into a paste and apply it on the affected area; malaria: mash appropriate amount of fresh whole herb, apply it on Dazhui acupoint 6 hours before the onset; carbuncle, snake bite: mash the fresh whole herb, squeeze out the juice and apply it on the affected area; chronic lower limb ulcer: boil it into a paste and apply it on the affected area.

【Note】 Not for internal use. Ingestion may cause burning sensation in the mouth, followed by swelling, difficulty chewing, severe diarrhea, slow pulse, difficulty breathing, dilated pupils, and in severe cases, death.
