Usage

To make tea alone: ​​take 2 to 3 dried rose buds each time and put them in a cup, then add about 70℃ boiling water. If there is a lid, it will be better to simmer for a while. The number of flowers each time depends on personal preference.

Make tea with red dates: the amount depends on personal preference. Not only does it maintain the whitening and moisturizing properties of roses, it is also a good way to improve endocrine disorders and relieve constipation.

There is a wonderful recipe for making your skin tender by soaking flowers, fruits and Chinese medicine together: put 3 large red dates, 4 roses, 10 grams of wolfberry and some honey in a cup, add 300 ml of boiling water, soak for 5 minutes and then drink. This drinking method can replenish skin moisture. Drinking it every day can not only make the skin smoother and more delicate, but also improve the body's endocrine condition.

1.Put dried roses and red dates into the cup.

2. Pour 400 ml of boiling water at about 70°C.

3. Cover the cup and simmer for 5 minutes, then add honey and drink.

Rose Oolong Tea Ingredients: 1 bag of oolong tea, 3-5 grams of roses

1. Put the oolong tea bag and roses into the pot and brew with hot water. (Porcelain tea sets are recommended)
