Prepare a useful inquiry
Use this platform to discover candidate companies and products. Check the specific supplier identity, storefront history and relevant platform terms. Platform badges and transaction protections have their own scope; they do not certify a listing on ChinaURL. Do not move payments outside agreed protections on the strength of a directory link.
Check the entity, not just the storefront
Record the exact contracting company name, website and beneficiary details. Ask how the representative is connected to that entity. Compare documents through independent channels and keep a dated copy. A marketplace page, logo or approved profile manager does not prove manufacturing ownership or product compliance. If names or payment instructions change, pause and verify through a previously established contact.
Compare quotations on the same basis
Put quantity, currency, specification version, delivery location and quote validity on the same comparison sheet. Ask which packaging, tooling, inspection, freight and after-sales costs are excluded. Define a named delivery term and location in the contract instead of relying on an abbreviation alone. Do not treat a low displayed price or “negotiable MOQ” as a final offer.
