The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for cold waves at 10:00 on March 3:

Affected by the cold wave, it is expected that from 14:00 on March 3 to 20:00 on March 4, the temperature in western Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, northern South China, southeastern Southwest China and other places will drop by 6-8℃, among which some areas in southern Jiangnan and other places may drop by more than 10℃. The lowest temperature line of 0℃ will be pushed south to the area from Jianghuai, Jianghan and southern Shaanxi.

The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for heavy snow at 10:00 on March 3:

It is expected that from 14:00 on March 3 to 14:00 on March 4, parts of southern Shandong, eastern Henan, northwestern Anhui, northern Jiangsu and other places will have heavy snow, among which parts of southern Shandong and northwestern Anhui will have heavy snow. The new snow depth in some of the above-mentioned areas will be 3 to 6 cm, and locally more than 8 cm.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for severe convective weather at 10:00 on March 3:

It is predicted that from 14:00 on March 3 to 14:00 on March 4, parts of southern Hunan, eastern and southern Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, western and southeastern Fujian, northern Guangxi, central and northern Guangdong, etc. will have thunderstorm gale or hail weather of level 8 or above, among which, some parts of southern Hunan, southern Jiangxi, northwestern Guangdong, etc. will have thunderstorm gale of level 10 or above; parts of southern Hunan, central and southern and northeastern Jiangxi, southwestern and eastern Zhejiang, northwestern and eastern Fujian, central and northern Guangxi, central and northern Guangdong, etc. will have short-term heavy rainfall with hourly rainfall greater than 20 mm, among which, the local maximum hourly rainfall in northwestern Guangdong and other places may reach more than 50 mm.

It is expected that the main impact period of severe convection will be from today's daytime to the first half of the night.

It is predicted that from 08:00 on March 3 to 08:00 on March 4, parts of the southern Xinjiang Basin and eastern Xinjiang, central and northern Tibet, southern Qinghai and other places will have winds of 5~6, with gusts of 7~8; Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most waters of the Yellow Sea, northern and southwestern waters of the East China Sea will have strong winds of 7~8, with gusts of 9; among them, some areas in the southeastern Yellow Sea may have winds of up to 9, with gusts of 10.

From 08:00 on March 4 to 08:00 on March 5, parts of eastern Xinjiang, central and northern Tibet, southern and western Qinghai will have winds of 5~6, with gusts of 7~8; the central and southern Yellow Sea, most areas of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the sea east of Taiwan will have strong winds of 7~8, with gusts of 9; among them, some areas in the southeastern Yellow Sea may have winds of up to 9, with gusts of 10.
