Waste becomes fuel, wood itself can't imagine

Forestry is an important support for the construction of ecological civilization, and also provides a strong guarantee for promoting national afforestation and improving urban and rural living environments. For a long time, my country's forest and grass resources have generally shown a trend of continuous increase and steady improvement in quality. However, due to the large population, the contradiction between supply and demand of wood is still obvious. In order to achieve efficient and sustainable use of wood resources, promote the development of a circular economy in my country, and build a conservation-oriented society, it is particularly important to accelerate the promotion of wood conservation and recycling.

In addition to being burned and discarded, waste wood has a more valuable use, which is to be shredded and squeezed into biomass fuel rods. The calorie content of each kilogram is about 5,000 kcal, which is not much different from coal. It requires a high temperature of more than 850 degrees Celsius to burn, and using it to replace coal can effectively achieve the goal of reducing costs.

Biomass pellet fuel can be called green coal, which produces less pollution and is a new type of clean energy. Abandoned wood waste such as branches and roots can be crushed by a biomass crusher to form a certain shape and high density of environmentally friendly new energy fuel. This biomass pellet fuel has the characteristics of small size, convenient storage and transportation, and high combustion efficiency. It can indirectly replace electricity, gas, coal and other energy sources. The ash left after the biomass pellet fuel is fully burned basically does not contain carbon. Biomass pellet fuel not only saves money, but is also clean, efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-saving. Many hotels, bath centers, and factories will purchase and use it.

In the biomass pellet fuel processing plant, crushers, dryers, granulators, packaging machines, conveyor belts and other production and manufacturing equipment are all available. Workers shovel the waste materials that have been crushed twice onto the conveyor belt of the granulator. After multiple processing steps, the waste branches and wood are "transformed" into cylindrical biomass pellet fuels with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm. More importantly, biomass pellets can not only replace coal to provide heat energy, but the ash after combustion can also be turned into fertilizer for full utilization, truly realizing the full use of materials and turning waste into treasure.

From waste wood to biomass pellet fuel, no additives are needed. Only special mechanical processing is needed to change its density, strength and combustion performance, thus solving the key problem of large-scale utilization of biomass. The reuse of waste wood has achieved a simultaneous improvement in overall economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.
