Top search! Mexico exhibits "alien remains", becoming the "first country to admit the existence of aliens"?

In the past two days, a hot search about aliens has become popular, and even "Mexico has become the first country in the world to recognize the existence of aliens" appeared on the hot search.

What's going on? Have aliens really been spotted in Mexico?

Mexico "officially announced" the discovery of aliens?

In fact, Mexico would never admit such a thing.

The real situation is this: On September 12, 2023, the Mexican Congress held a hearing. At the hearing, a "UFO expert" shared his findings. The "UFO expert" was named Jaime Maussan. He was originally a Mexican journalist who called himself a "UFO expert" because he was particularly keen on reporting on aliens and UFO-related events.

Mosan displayed two "alien bodies" found in Peru at a congressional hearing.

The two bodies were smaller than normal humans (about 60 cm tall), and both had three fingers and a large head. According to Mozan, scientists from the National Autonomous University of Mexico have analyzed the samples and believe that these "alien" bodies are more than 1,000 years old. And after analyzing the DNA of these bodies, it was found that 1/3 of the DNA test results were "unknown" - so these specimens must be "non-human".

In addition, forensic pathologist José de Jesús Zalce Benítez also stated that he had performed X-ray scans and body reconstructions of the aliens. Based on the results of the reconstructions, he concluded that the bodies had no connection to humans.[1]

However, these two alien corpses look too much like "aliens", almost exactly the same as the images in early alien movies, which makes people doubt the authenticity of the incident.

Are the discoveries of “alien experts” reliable?

On September 13, the second day of the hearing, Julieta Fierro, a researcher at the Institute of Astronomy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, expressed doubts, stating that the National Autonomous University of Mexico would not support Mozan's discovery .

Moreover, she also pointed out that much of the data presented at the hearing was meaningless . For example, it was unreliable for a forensic doctor to determine that a corpse was “non-human” based on X-ray results . Such a conclusion could only be reached by using more advanced technology.[2]

Given that the bodies were found in a diatom mine in Peru, the unknown DNA most likely came from the diatoms or bacteria in the bodies, rather than from the bodies themselves.

The true identity of the “aliens”

In fact, this "UFO expert" is not the first time he has discovered "alien corpses".

In 2015, Mozangan announced that he had found an "alien mummy" near Nazca. The aforementioned forensic doctor Benítez also vouched for the "alien mummy", saying it was definitely a "non-human" mummy. In the end, people discovered that the body found by this "good partner" was actually the body of a human child .

The "alien mummy" in 2015 has many similarities with the "alien" that appeared at this hearing. For example, the mummy has three fingers, and the skull is also different from that of ordinary humans. It is elongated. Later, anthropologists explained this strange skull. It is part of an ancient religious ritual in South America. People would use cloth, ropes, wooden boards and other objects to tie the heads of young children to make the skulls develop abnormally [3].

Given previous speculation, this mummy incident may be another hype event.

Do aliens really look like humans?

After the "alien corpses" were announced, many netizens couldn't hold back and joked that these aliens were so "alien" that they made people doubt them.

Indeed, the aliens this time are very consistent with the image of "aliens" in classic movies, which are all based on the basic appearance of humans with some "fine adjustments", such as having eyes that are larger than humans, and slightly different body shapes and the number of fingers. If aliens really exist, will they look like humans?

According to Andrew Simien, director of the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) program at the University of California, Berkeley, if we do find aliens, they will most likely not look like humans . Human appearance is the result of billions of years of evolution of life in the Earth’s environment. In an alien environment, as long as there is a slight difference from the Earth’s environment, it is possible that “aliens” that are completely different from humans will evolve.[4]

Therefore, if we encounter an alien, the probability that it looks completely unlike humans is much greater than the probability that it looks like humans. After all, even on the same earth, the differences between humans and other creatures are far beyond imagination.

Although this alien incident is likely to end in farce, we are probably not the only intelligent creatures in the vast universe. To quote the famous astronomer Carl Sagan: "The universe is such a huge place, it would be a waste of space if we were the only ones there."

However, precisely because the universe is so vast, we will most likely never meet aliens face to face. It is already a great fortune to be able to receive signals and communicate with each other in the universe.
