According to the latest statistics from Forrester, in the third quarter of 2011, US e-commerce sales increased by 13%, while holiday sales will increase by 15%, with a market capacity of approximately $60 billion. The research report said that most of this growth came from the increase in transactions on mobile devices such as tablets. In addition, various discounts provided by retailers to customers, such as free shipping, are also reasons for the increase in transaction volume, especially online and offline shopping festivals agreed upon by merchants such as "Black Friday" and "Cyber ​​Monday".

58% of Americans are more price-conscious than before, 50% and 30% of Americans have tried mobile shopping using tablets and smartphones, and more and more retailers are introducing their product databases to the mobile world. As more buyers enter the market, Forrester also said that total online sales will grow by 12%.
