Cymes terminal or axillary; sepals 5, green, ovate, acute, 4 mm long, with scattered black spots; petals 5, elliptic, 8-10 mm long, alternate with sepals, dark yellow, with black dots and lines, slightly twisted; stamens numerous, in 3 bundles, yellow, anthers small, with 1 black spot on top; ovary 3-chambered, yellow, styles 3, stigma nipple-shaped. The capsule is ovate, with 3 chambers, and the interlocular fissure is about 7 mm long. The seeds are small with fine reticulate patterns. Flowering period is August. Fruiting period is October.
