[Additional prescription] ① Treating painful hematuria: smoke and dry eggplant leaves and grind them into powder. Take 2 qian each time, with warm wine or salt water. The next year is even better. (Experienced Prescriptions)

[Clinical Application] Used for breast cancer ulcerated wounds: Take fresh leaves of purple eggplant, dry them in the sun or in an oven, grind them into fine powder, sieve them, bottle them and sterilize them under high pressure for later use. When using, sprinkle the powder on the ulcerated surface of the cancer and cover it with 2 layers of sterile gauze. Take the medicine 1 to 2 times a day. When changing the dressing, you can use light tea or saline to wash away the dirt on the planed surface, and then apply the medicine. When applying the medicine, the powder must be sprinkled on the wound surface with the most necrotic tissue. Do not sprinkle it on fresh granulation tissue or normal skin and mucous membranes to avoid causing eczema and dermatitis. When the stench is gone, the exudation stops, and the dead flesh in the wound falls off or is cleaned up, stop applying the medicine. Otherwise, the wound may easily expand, causing pain, congestion and edema. The study was clinically used in 50 patients with different types of breast cancer ulcers, with the longest medical history being 3 years and the shortest being 1 month; the largest ulcer range was 10x15 cm and the smallest was 2x2 cm; all had foul-smelling pus and blood; more than half had pain, fever and cachexia. The effects will be seen after applying the medicine, with the fastest being 15 minutes and the slowest being 1 day. Generally, the foul smell will gradually disappear, the purulent and bloody exudate will decrease, and then the pain will be relieved, the green slough will gradually be removed and fall off, the congestion and edema of the wound will be improved, the wound will be relatively reduced, and the patient's systemic symptoms will improve accordingly. However, this drug has no radical effect on the ulceration and foul smell of breast cancer and still needs to be combined with other cancer treatment methods.
