The pronotum is smooth, with raised front and rear corners on both sides, the elytra are soft, the surface is densely covered with horizontal wrinkles, three parallel longitudinal ridges can be vaguely seen, and the claws are split into two pieces longitudinally.

[Habitat distribution] Ecological environment: Adults often feed in groups on leguminous plants and have a tendency to feign death.
