【Original form】Body length is about 90 cm. The males and females are different in color; the males have gorgeous plumage; the top of the head is bronze-colored, with slightly white eyebrows on both sides. The irises are chestnut red and the area around the eyes is bare. The mouth is pale in color and turns black at the base. The chin, throat and back of the neck are black with metallic reflections. There is a prominent white circle under the neck. The front of the back is mainly golden yellow, turning into chestnut red towards the back, and then olive green, all mixed with black and white stripes. The waist is pure blue-gray on the sides, turning chestnut towards the back. The tail feathers are very long, with a sharp tip, yellowish brown in the middle and purple-chestnut on both sides; the central part is penetrated by many black horizontal spots, which turn into dark purple-chestnut on both sides; the wing coverts are mostly yellowish brown with millet color, turning to silver-gray outwards: the flight feathers are dark brown with white spots: the chest is copper-red with purple, with anchor-shaped black spots on the feather tips; the flanks are golden yellow. It is also dotted with scattered black spots; the belly is dark brown; the undertail coverts are a mixture of chestnut and brown. The legs are short and strong, reddish-gray-brown in color, with spurs; the claws are short, blunt, and black. The female is smaller and has a shorter tail.
