[Properties] The dried and mature outer peel is peeled into 2-3 cm spirals, sometimes in ribbons and irregular slices, 1.5-2.5 mm thick. The outer surface is yellow or brownish yellow with countless small spots; the inner surface is light yellow or even off-white, often with linear veins. Easy to break, granular cross section.
