Dry-pot chrysanthemum bull whip: bull whip, chicken gizzards, duck gizzards, bean paste, cinnamon, star anise, whole dried pepper, salt, MSG, salad oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic cloves, and broth, prepare all the ingredients as appropriate, then put some oil in a wok, add cinnamon, star anise, whole dried pepper, garlic cloves, and bean paste and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant, then add the chopped bull whip flowers, chicken gizzard flowers, and duck gizzard flowers, add broth and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes until the flavor is absorbed, then add soy sauce to color, add salt and MSG to taste. 3. Bullwhip and wolfberry porridge: bullwhip, wolfberry, white rice, vanilla, onion, ginger, and eggs, appropriate amounts. First wash the white rice and put it into the pot to cook porridge. Bring to a boil over high heat. Take out the bullwhip and cut it into small dices. Prepare the other chopped green onions, coriander and ginger. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix them evenly.
