The difference between wild ginseng and artificial ginseng

The difference between wild ginseng and artificial ginseng

There is an essential difference between the two medicinal materials, wild ginseng and artificial ginseng. People are better off not eating artificial ginseng, otherwise their bodies will not get better. They need to take wild ginseng to allow more nutrients to grow in the body, making their health better and better. Also, the wild ginseng should be sliced before taking it, and the effect will be better.

Ginseng has the effects of replenishing vital energy, calming the mind and improving intelligence. Since ancient times, it has been praised by the Chinese as an excellent tonic. The main methods of taking wild ginseng include decocting, steaming, soaking in water and medicinal wine, taking pure powder, etc., and the operation methods are different.

1. Oral administration

Wash the wild ginseng, cut it into thin slices, and take 2 to 3 slices each time. Place each slice under the tongue and dissolve it in the mouth. The effective ingredients in the ginseng slices are completely absorbed by the capillaries of the oral mucosa. It usually takes more than 20 minutes to take effect, and the loss of nutrients is smaller than that of gastrointestinal absorption. You can take it in the morning on an empty stomach or when you feel tired.

2. Slice and soak in water

Cut the wild ginseng into thin slices and put them in a bowl or cup. Pour boiling water over it and cover it for about 5 minutes before drinking. Just like drinking tea, you can repeat the process until there is no ginseng taste. Then chew the ginseng slices slowly and eat them, 2 to 5 grams per day.

3. Pure powder into the service

Raw sun-dried wild ginseng is ground into powder, which is easy to absorb and ensures that the nutrients contained in the wild ginseng are not lost. It does not contain any additives and is safe. It has the effects of anti-fatigue, improving immunity and anti-aging.

4. Steaming

Slice the wild ginseng and use 2 to 5 grams per day. Put the ginseng slices in a porcelain bowl, add appropriate amount of water, seal the bowl, place it on the steaming rack in the pot, steam it, and boil it over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes after the water boils. Drink the ginseng juice first, then swallow the ginseng slices, half an hour before breakfast. The amount of food consumed can be slightly increased or decreased according to personal constitution and tolerance.

5. Cook and serve

Break a wild ginseng into pieces and place it in a casserole. Add water and boil until the ginseng changes color and the water tastes bitter. Then add a spoonful of honey and stir to combine the active ingredients of the two. This soup is called ginseng honey soup, and you should drink a large bowl of it every morning.

6. Stew

Take a hen, cut 5-10 grams of wild ginseng into slices and put them into the chicken's belly. Sew up the belly and put it in a casserole. Add water and seasonings, and simmer until the meat is cooked and the soup is thick. Eat the chicken, drink the soup, and eat the ginseng 1-2 times a week. It has nourishing and strengthening effects.

7. Soak in wine and drink

Liquor is known as the "king of all medicines" and has the effects of dispersing stagnation, opening up blood stasis, digesting food, unblocking meridians, promoting blood circulation, warming the spleen and stomach, and nourishing the skin. Using liquor as an agent, all the nutrients of wild ginseng can be precipitated. Wild ginseng wine is mostly used to strengthen the body, replenish vitality and prolong life.

1. It is not suitable to take when you have a fever

This is because the body will experience palpitations during the fever process, and after taking wild ginseng, the blood circulation in the body will accelerate. Taking wild ginseng at this time will cause the palpitations to worsen, making the cold and fever problem more serious and not conducive to recovery.

2. People with strong allergies should not take it

People with strong allergies should not take ginseng if they develop a rash after taking it, and should not take it if they have purulent inflammation.

3. Avoid taking it with grapes

If wild ginseng and grapes are taken together, the nutritional value of the wild ginseng will be damaged. This is because grapes contain a certain amount of tannic acid, which will combine with the protein contained in wild ginseng and produce precipitation, which will affect our body's absorption of nutrients.
