The fruit is spherical or nearly ellipsoidal, about 3mm in diameter, brown-red when young, white when mature, with more or less venous glandular stripes, and the persistent calyx envelops the fruit to slightly above the middle, that is, 2/3 of the fruit. The flowering period is from February to April, and the fruiting period is from October to December.
