[Source] It is the flower of the Artemisia selengensis of the Asteraceae family. Harvest in autumn and dry.

[Original form] Perennial herb, 30 to 50 cm high. The stems are tufted, slender, erect, and covered with white wool. The leaves are alternate, lanceolate to narrowly elliptic, 4-6 cm long, 6-12 mm wide, with acute apex, entire margin, gradually narrowed base, green above, densely covered with white wool below, and sessile; the leaves at the bottom of the stem wither when flowering. The terminal inflorescence is in the form of a dense cyme, surrounded by a whorl of obovate, densely white-woolly petals; the involucre is campanulate, in three rows, and covered with white wool; the marginal flowers are female, filamentous; the disk flowers are male, tubular, 5-lobed, and light yellow. Achenes are small, cylindrical, with one row of pappus. Flowering period is autumn.
