The efficacy, function and consumption method of snowberry

Perhaps many people have never heard of snow melon, but in fact this food has many medicinal values. After eating it, it can be used to treat diseases and stop bleeding. Xuelikai medicinal effects and functions

Snowberry has certain medicinal value, and is mainly used for pain relief, anti-inflammation and blood circulation. Different uses make the snowberry exert different medicinal effects.

Treatment for motion sickness: Xuelikai is very effective in treating motion sickness, and the operation is also very simple. Just use a small amount of Xuelikai, wash it clean and chew it in your mouth, and the therapeutic effect will be exerted in a while.

To treat headaches: prepare some pig brain, put it together with the leaves and roots of snowberry, and boil it in water. The main thing to note is that this medicine must be taken with wine to be effective.

To treat sore throat: Put rice water in a pot for boiling medicine, and when it boils, add three grams of snow peony roots, then grind everything in the pot into juice, and when it hurts, hold it in your mouth or gargle with it.

To treat abdominal pain and stomach pain: use one ounce of snow lily, grind it together with wine, and take it after it is ground into powder to exert therapeutic effects.

Treatment of bruises and injuries: Using Xuelikai to treat bruises and injuries is more effective by taking it internally and applying it externally. Use one qian of Xuelikai and grind it together with wine. It can be used after grinding.

Treatment of tracheitis: Both acute and chronic tracheitis can be treated with Xuelikai. Use three grams of Xuelikai, plus three grams of whole herb of Dianthus chinensis and three grams of whole herb of Bletilla striata. Boil them in water and take them to relieve the symptoms.

[Usage and Dosage] For oral use: decoct in water, 9-15g; grind into powder, 1-3g each time. For external use: take appropriate amount, grind into juice and apply; or mash the fresh product and apply on the affected area.

[Additional prescription] ① Treating acute convulsions with high fever: Grind 3-4 qian of snow clover roots with boiled rice water, take it once in the morning and before dinner.

②Treat sore throat: Take three grams of snow clover roots, grind them into juice with boiled rice water, and gargle with it.

③To treat headache: dig a few roots and leaves from the snow, add them to pig brain, boil them in water and drink with wine.

⑤Treat acute and chronic bronchitis: 3 grams of snow lily root, 3 grams of white smilax glabra whole plant, 3 grams of Cyperus rotundus whole plant. Decoction in water. (Commonly used herbal medicines among Zhejiang folks)

⑥ Treat stomachache, abdominal pain, sha, and vomiting: One coin of Di Lei, grind into wine and drink orally.

⑦Treatment of injuries from falls: grind one qian of landmine into wine and drink orally, and apply externally to the wound.
