[Habitat distribution] Grown in coastal areas. Distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places, produced in Guangdong and Guangxi.

[Properties] The fruit is oval or spherical oval, up to 20 cm long, yellow-red in appearance, and composed of more than 50 to 70 fibrous fleshy drupes. The drupe is inverted conical, slightly angular, 4 to 6 cm long; the apex is obtuse with remnants of the style; the exocarp is gray-brown, smooth, but often broken or absent; the mesocarp is almost entirely composed of wood fibers, tough, yellow-white or gray-brown; the endocarp is hard, woody, with 4 to 10 chambers, the fruit chambers are long and narrow, the inside is brown, and there is one flat and narrow seed.
