Flowers are solitary in leaf axils, white; pedicels are curved, pubescent, 1-1.8 cm long; sepals are 5, broadly ovate, pubescent on the back, obtuse at the apex, with eyelashes on the edges; the middle part of the back of the petals is covered with flat silky hairs; ovary is spherical, sparsely pubescent, style is glabrous, about 9 mm long. The berry is about 1 cm in diameter, pubescent or nearly glabrous, with a persistent style. Seeds numerous, light reddish brown, shiny.
