【Original form】Plant height 30-70cm. The rhizome is horizontal, densely covered with brown, ovate-lanceolate scales, and has fine serrations on the edges. Leaves are distal; petioles are 15-35cm long, straw-colored, and attached to the rhizome at joints; leaf blades are smooth, oblong-lanceolate or ovate-lanceolate, 5-8cm wide in the middle, narrowing sharply toward the base, cuneate, gradually pointed, and entire; leaf veins are reticulated between the oblique lateral veins, and the inner veins are forked or single. The sori are linear, slanting out between the lateral veins on both sides of the midrib and extending to the leaf edge; there is no sori cover.
