The back of the shell is bulging in the middle, and the two sides are thick and flat. At the back of the shell, which is equivalent to 1/3 of the shell length, the two sides suddenly expand to form a tumor-like protrusion. The shell surface is covered with glossy enamel, which is light yellow, bright yellow or slightly gray-green. The edges on both sides are lighter in color. There are 2-3 gray-green horizontal bands and not-so-obvious orange-yellow fine ring patterns on the back. The whorls are completely covered by enamel and have no ribs. The mantle extends from both sides and rolls toward the back to cover the shell, with many branched tentacles on it.
