Inflorescence: cymes, peduncles growing from rhizomes, glabrous, nearly as long as leaves; flowers pink, male and female tepals 4 each. The capsule is nearly round, slightly covered with brown long soft hairs, with 3 wings, one of which is particularly large, about 2 cm long, 0.5-0.9 cm wide and blunt at the end.
