Precautions 1. When this product is used to treat hemolytic streptococcal infection, it must be continued for at least 10 days to prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever. 2. Patients with impaired renal function generally do not need to reduce the dosage, but the dosage of this product should be appropriately reduced for patients with severe renal impairment. 3. The dosage of this product should be appropriately reduced for patients with liver disease. 4. Follow up liver function regularly during medication. 5. Interference with diagnosis: This product may interfere with the fluorescence determination of the Higerty method, causing a false increase in the determination value of urinary catecholamines; the determination values ​​of serum alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase may all increase.
