The role of beeswax

The role of beeswax

There are many times when we hope to do something ourselves through our own understanding. For example, by understanding the effects of some medicinal materials, we can buy them and eat them ourselves. This is okay for minor illnesses, but if they are more serious, we still have to go to the hospital for examination and treatment. The role of beeswax is something many friends want to know, so let me introduce it to you below to help you more.

You can buy the herbs yourself, but be sure to ask your doctor beforehand. Beeswax, maybe some people have never heard of it, but it is actually a medicinal material that has the effect of detoxification and can also relieve pain. There are many other uses of beeswax. Let’s take a look at them together:

Beeswax tastes sweet, light, and neutral in nature. It enters the spleen, stomach, and large intestine meridians and can detoxify, promote tissue regeneration, stop diarrhea, stop bleeding, and relieve pain. It is mainly used to treat carbuncle on the back, ulcers, acute heart pain, dysentery with pus and blood, chronic diarrhea, bleeding due to fetal movement, spermatorrhea, and leucorrhea.

The medicinal value of beeswax is also very high. In traditional Chinese medicine, beeswax has the effects of detoxification, tissue regeneration, and pain relief. It can be taken internally or applied externally to treat internal heart pain, dysentery with pus and blood, chronic diarrhea, bleeding due to fetal movement, internal sores and carbuncles, long-term ulcers that do not heal, burns from water or fire, etc. In Western medicine, since the main components of beeswax are esters formed by higher fatty acids and higher monohydric alcohols, it is made into various ointments, emulsions, and suppositories, which can be used to treat ulcers, boils, burns, trauma and other diseases. Chewing beeswax in the mouth can treat pharyngitis and maxillary sinusitis. Chewing capping wax can enhance respiratory immunity and treat rhinitis, sinusitis and hay fever. Beeswax can be made into a cooling compress ointment and applied to the affected area to treat occlusive endarteritis, periodontitis and spastic colitis. A compound of beeswax mixed with calcium carbonate, mineral oil and pure rosin can treat chronic mastitis, eczema, burns, wounds, ringworm, dermatitis, abscesses and papilloma.

Any medicinal ingredient has its advantages and disadvantages. You can't just see the benefits and think it is a good thing and can be eaten all the time. Doing so will only make your body develop resistance to this medicinal ingredient. Beeswax has good effects, but you can’t buy too much. You should buy and eat the right amount. This is the best way.
