500g oyster, 1500g dragon bone, 150g Zanthoxylum, 50g clove, 500g astragalus, 500g actinolite, 25g velvet antler, 250g siler, 1500g cuttlebone

[Preparation method] For the above nine ingredients, grind pilose antler, zanthoxylum, and clove into fine powder, and boil the remaining six ingredients including oyster in water twice, the first time for 3 hours and the second time for 2 hours. Combine the decoctions, filter, and concentrate the filtrate into a thick paste, mix it with the above fine powder, dry, grind, sieve, mix well, and package it into 1000 pills.

[Identification] (1) Take 1.2 g of the product, add 10 ml of water, heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, cool, filter, take 1 ml of the filtrate, add 2 to 3 drops of 2% ninhydrin solution, shake well, and heat in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes. The solution will turn blue-purple.

(2) Take 5 g of the product, add 50 ml of n-butanol, reflux in a boiling water bath for 2 hours, cool, filter, wash the filtrate with 1% sodium hydroxide solution 3 times, 15 ml each time, discard the alkaline solution, and then wash with water saturated with n-butanol until neutral, discard the water, evaporate the n-butanol solution in a water bath, and dissolve the residue in 1 ml of methanol as the test solution. Take another astragaloside IV reference substance, add methanol to make a solution containing 1 mg per 1 ml, as the reference substance solution. According to the thin layer chromatography test, 10 μl of the test solution and 2 μl of the reference solution were respectively spotted on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, and the lower layer solution of chloroform-methanol-water (13:7:2) was used as the developing agent. The plate was developed, taken out, dried, sprayed with 10% ethanolic sulfuric acid solution, dried at 105°C for about 5 minutes, and examined under ultraviolet light (365nm). In the test sample chromatogram, a fluorescent spot of the same color appears at the corresponding position in the reference sample chromatogram.

Dosage and Administration: Oral administration, 2 to 3 capsules at a time, 3 times a day.
