2. To treat sore waist and weak legs in the elderly after illness: Mix 50 grams of Sichuan pepper and 20 grams of fennel, stir-fry in a pan, then grind into powder. Take twice a day, 3 grams each time, with warm water.

3. To treat ascariasis intestinal obstruction: Use 100-200 grams of sesame oil, put it in a pot and boil it, add 15-20 grams of Sichuan peppercorns, remove and discard when it is slightly charred, and take it all at once when the Sichuan peppercorn oil is slightly warm.

4. Treatment of biliary ascariasis: stir-fry 30 grams of pepper and 9 grams of black plum over low heat, 2 to 3 times a day; or grind 9 to 12 grams of pepper into fine powder, add 1 to 2 eggs, stir-fry with vegetable oil and take 2 to 3 times a day.

5. To treat corns: Take 3-5 peppercorns, a head of garlic, and a 10-cm-long piece of scallion, mash them into a paste, apply it on toilet paper, apply to the affected area, fix with adhesive tape, and remove it after 24 hours. Generally, it will heal after 1-2 uses.

The function of Sichuan pepper leaves is to warm the middle and relieve pain; remove dampness and stop diarrhea; kill insects and relieve itching. In addition, Sichuan pepper can not only be used as a seasoning, but also a Chinese medicine with great medicinal value. In traditional Chinese medicine, Sichuan peppercorns have a slightly spicy taste but are a mild herbal medicine.
