Chinese patent medicine for tranquilization

Drug: White Ginseng Tablets Acupoint: Taixi acupoint on the left side

5. Treat insomnia caused by excessive worry and stomach damage

Medicine: malt, ophiopogon. Acupoints: Neiguan and Shenmen on the left side. Method: Buy some malt and ophiopogon at the drugstore. Take a few grains of malt (raw or cooked), remove the husks, take only the buds inside, crush them, and stick them on the Neiguan acupoint on the left side. Then take a grain of ophiopogon, crush it, and stick it on the Shenmen acupoint on the left side. Apply before going to bed and remove in the morning.

6. Treat insomnia caused by anxiety or flu fever

Medicine: dried lotus leaf. Acupoints: Yangfu point on the right, Shenmen point on the left. Method: Take a small piece of dried lotus leaf, crush it, and stick it on the Yangfu point on the right; then take a grain of Ophiopogon japonicus, crush it, and stick it on the Shenmen point on the left, and fix them with medical tape. Apply at night and remove in the morning.
