The stomach is an important organ in the human body. It is mainly responsible for digesting food and breaking it down into nutrients which are then transported to other organs to maintain life activities. Whether in rural fields or in mountains and grasslands, there are dandelions with small yellow flowers everywhere. Dandelion is often praised by the traditional Chinese medicine community as one of the "Eight Great Kings" with the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying and resisting infection. To a certain extent, it can replace antibiotics and has the effect of a broad-spectrum antibiotic.

1. Do not drink after it has cooled. Dandelion tea should be drunk warm. It is best not to drink it after it has cooled down, otherwise it may cause diarrhea and other discomforts, and even cause stomach gas and damage the stomach wall.

2. Patients with Yin-Cold syndrome should not drink it. A small number of infections are of the Yin-cold type. At this time, the body will not have a fever and the course of the disease is relatively long. The patient's physical condition is relatively poor. Dandelion is cold in nature. At this time, if dandelion is used to treat the disease, the patient will experience a loss of appetite, physical deterioration and fatigue.

4. People with weak spleen and stomach should not drink it alone. For people with weak spleen and stomach, if they still want the health-preserving effects of dandelion, then do not drink dandelion alone. You can add something mild to neutralize it before drinking it, such as some roses, red dates, ginger slices, etc.

5. Although dandelion tea is good, you should not drink it in excess. In order to obtain better and faster results, many people like to increase the dosage of dandelion on their own initiative. In fact, this is very unscientific.
