How to make wine with mountain mulberry

Method 1 for making wine with mountain mulberry

1. Pick the ripe Rhizoma Amaranthus, wash them, and soak them in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Put the hawthorn fruits soaked in boiling water in the sun to dry.

3. Generally, expose it to the summer sun for 1 to 2 days. After the skin shrinks completely, place it in a glass jar.

4. Add wine into the glass jar, and then add wolfberry, red dates and other ingredients and seal it.

Method 2 for making wine with yam

1. Wash and dry the yams.

2. Steam for 15 minutes, take out, dry in the sun for a day, and store in a cool place.

3. The next day, steam it again for 15 minutes and then dry it in the sun for another day. Repeat on the third day, steaming and drying three times.

4. Wash and dry the glass bottle, pour in the dried hawthorn fruit, add red dates, wolfberry, and appropriate amount of rock sugar

5. Pour in the brewed rice wine

6. Until the bottle is full

7. Seal and cover with lid.

8. Store in a cool and dry place. You can start drinking it after at least one month.
