How to eat fresh Panax notoginseng?

2. Egg and Panax notoginseng soup: 1 egg, 3 grams of Panax notoginseng powder, 2 small cups of lotus root juice, and half a small cup of rice wine.

Preparation method: Put Panax notoginseng powder, lotus root juice and rice wine into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, beat in eggs and cook until done. Eat eggs and drink the soup, once a day.

Function: Removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. Used for patients with lung cancer who also have symptoms of coughing up blood.

3. Panax notoginseng meat patties: 10 grams each of Panax notoginseng and deer antler glue, 20 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, appropriate amount of salt, and 100 grams of flour.

Preparation method: Grind Panax notoginseng, Codonopsis pilosula, and deer glue into fine powder, remove crude fiber through a 120-mesh sieve, mix with flour, add appropriate amount of water and salt, and knead the dough into a cake. You can also add some pork filling. Steam for 30 minutes before serving. Take once in the morning and evening.

Function: Nourish Qi and Yin, generate blood and remove blood stasis. Used for patients with central lung cancer with rib metastasis and significantly reduced white blood cell count.
