Modern research: The composition of actinolite is Ca(Mg, Fe)〔SiO〕〔OH〕, including: FeO 6-13%, CaO 13.8%, MgO 24.6%, SiO 58.8%, HO 2.8%. It mainly contains hydroxysilicate Ca2(Mg,Fe2+)5[Si4O11]2(OH)2 (tremolite) of calcium, magnesium and iron, and also contains a small amount of calcite or amphibole and chlorite (aluminosilicate containing magnesium, iron and aluminum).

Precautions for use: This product is only suitable for temporary use and not for long-term use. Do not take if you have yin deficiency and excessive fire.
